Panetto Founder

Our Story

For Chef Sara, Panetto is a piece of a journey very close to her heart.

Her love for food took her to Italy, where she trained at the renowned Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners (ICIF), learning the heart of Italian cuisine while refining her craft in French and European cooking.

She brought that experience home to create Basilico by Sara — and from that same love, Panetto was born. A bakery inspired by the warmth of European baking, made for everyday moments shared with the people we love.

From Italy, to Basilico, to Panetto, a journey of passion, family, and food made with heart.
